Сегодня, в последний день 38 ММКФ, фестиваль начал подводить итоги в различных категориях и номинациях. Уже оглашены первые результаты работы.

On its last day the 38th MIFF announced the first results in various nominations.
FIPRESCI Jury conferred its main prize on the film “Worst Woman” by Kim Jongkwan (Republic of Korea)
The NETPAC Jury also announced their decision. The prize went to “Sonita” by Rokhsareh Ghaem Maghami (the out-of-competition program “Free Thought”). “Greater Things” by Vahid Hakimzadeh (out-of competition program “8 ½  films”) got “Special mention” “for the original representation of the post-modern reality”.
The Jury of Russian Film Critics awarded their prize to the film in competition “37” by Puk Grasten (USA, Denmark). The Diploma was awarded to the film “Haze” (Philippines) by Ralston Jover, while “Oblivious Memory” by Ruy Guerra received Special mention.
The Audience Award of the 38th MIFF went to “Train Driver’s Diary” by Miloš Radović (Croatia, Serbia).
The Federation of Russian Film Clubs announced the results of the polls among the delegates of major cities of Russia. And the winner is the film “The Daughter” by Reza Mirkarimi. “Oblivious Memory” by Ruy Guerra received Special mention and Nikolai Dostal’s “The Monk And the Demon” was the winner of the Russian poll. Alexandr Galibin’s “Goldfish” was singled out in the out-of-competition program of Russian films. 
The Prize of the weekly “Kommersant Weekend” went to the competition film “The Sound Of Things” by the Costa-Rican director Ariel Escalante .
